TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning us, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms of service.

PAYMENT:We prefer to take payment after the client's full approval of the finished piece. If the commission price is higher than $100, we may offer to split the payment into two or more parts. The commission is non-refundable as due to sanctions we are currently unable to transfer money outside of our country, so please keep this in mind.Once we have completed your commission, we will send you a smaller JPG file and a payment link. Once payment is completed, we will send you the full resolution artwork.

REFERENCES:• Judge by yourself if the character is a good fit for us to draw• What should be included in your request: picture of your character (or their face claim/description of the appearance, if you don’t have any drawings of them), any preferable pose (if you have an idea for it), preferred outfit (if your character has more than one).• Please, keep the description of your character/their story as short and informative as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFO:• Please keep in mind that English isn't our first language!• We reserve the right to reject any commission we don’t feel comfortable with. (we rarely do so, but letting you know just in case!)• If we feel that the client is being abusive towards us, we can decline the commission and block them without explanation.• We prefer to pay more attention to quality rather than speed, so completion time varies from 1 week to 1 month or more and depends on our current queue, which tends to be quite long. But we can work with tighter deadlines - just please inform us beforehand!• We can also do things not listed in our portfolio, such as concept art, stickers, bookmarks, comic pages, tattoo designs, etc. In this case, the price will be negotiable, and will depend on the complexity of the work.• You can post and use your commission as you please, however we would like to be credited• We may use your commission for online portfolio purposes, unless otherwise specified
